Bush always contradicts himself, lets look back now....
"Any time you hear the United States government talking about wiretap, it requires - a wiretap requires a court order," he said on April 20, 2004 in Buffalo, New York.(present) Bush: 'No doubt' NSA surveillance is legal
"Nothing has changed, by the way. When we're talking about chasing down terrorists, we're talking about getting a court order before we do so," he added.
Now Bush says that he doesn't need to get warrants for domestic spying. In fact he doesn't even need to officially inform Congress that he is doing this. This all use to be the Domestic Surveillance Program. Well, since the people don't like it, now it is called Terrorist Surveillance Program. The 4th amendment is really hurting these days. Remember Bush tells us they hate us for our freedom, and he won't stop until there is nothing left for them to hate.
