You need to read this to understand more about the toll road system that is attempting to be created and then sold to foreign companies to control our road systems and toll us into poverty. This is the physical manifestation of NAFTA and the FTAA. All this is part of the UN's want of a global government and Pan American Union(Super Western Hemisphere state). We have a right to the freedom of transportation and to not be excessively taxed or tolled to control travel(reminder again these would be foreign companies with no oversight controlling us).
