Save the Bill of Rights NOW!!!!

Senate Panel Decides Against Eavesdropping Inquiry, for Now
This is an absolute outrage. This is blatant ignoring the responsibility of the legislative branch to perform oversite of the executives programs and dealings. This is their job above and beyond all else!!!! There is no way to curb the power of the executive if the questions are never asked. The people have spoken and no matter who you speak to you can not deny the at very least uneasy feeling that we all have about domestic spying. This is our chance to push for justice. I urge you all to write to your Senators and DEMAND and inquiry into the far reaching and long standing practice of spying ON AMERICANS. Only the people can bring politicians to do what is right, ALL there morals are compromised. Stand up and demand that someone ask these questions. The bill of rights is dead if this continues.

Forty-nine percent think Bush broke the law
If half of us think that this is bush braking the law then beyond a shadow of a doubt, within a democracy answers are required. The people have to force the subject.

Of course, what America thinks is not the issue. The issue is whether he did break the law or not, and the Constitution is clear that "The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
